The Ultimate Gooey Bite 🍪

Thank you for choosing Mama Binti Crumbs! Each order is baked with care and prepared specifically for you. Please review our policies before placing your order.

Order Policy

  • All orders must be placed through our website unless otherwise arranged directly with Mama Binti Crumbs.
  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.
  • Because our cookies are baked in small batches, availability may be limited. Certain flavors may sell out or become unavailable.

Pickup Policy

  • Customers selecting Pickup will receive their scheduled pickup date, time, and pickup instructions with their order confirmation.
  • Please arrive during your selected pickup window.
  • If you are running late, please contact Mama Binti Crumbs as soon as possible.
  • Orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time will be held when reasonably possible; however, freshness cannot be guaranteed for orders collected significantly later than scheduled.
  • Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Local Drop-Off / Delivery Policy

  • Local drop-off may be available for eligible addresses within our designated service area.
  • Delivery availability and any applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, apartment/unit number, gate code, and any other information necessary to complete the delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.
  • If we are unable to complete a delivery because of an incorrect address, missing access information, or inability to contact the customer, an additional delivery fee may be required to attempt delivery again.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Because our products are freshly prepared and food items cannot be restocked or resold once prepared, all sales are generally final.
  • Once an order has entered preparation, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled, changed, or refunded.
  • If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact Mama Binti Crumbs as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests that are made before preparation begins.
  • We do not provide refunds for:
    • Change of mind after an order has been prepared
    • Failure to pick up an order
    • Incorrect pickup date or time selected by the customer
    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
    • Personal taste or flavor preference
    • Orders left unattended after successful delivery
  • If we make an error with your order, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Order Issues

  • We want you to be happy with your order.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, are missing an item, or believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact Mama Binti Crumbs as soon as possible after receiving it.
  • Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so we can properly review the issue.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Custom & Large Orders

  • Custom orders, catering orders, event orders, and large-quantity orders may require advance notice and/or a deposit.
  • Deposits for custom or large orders may be non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or production has begun.
  • Specific cancellation terms will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Allergies & Food Safety

  • Mama Binti Crumbs products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens.
  • Although we take care when preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
  • Customers with severe food allergies should consider this information before ordering.
  • Please review individual product descriptions and ingredient/allergen information before purchasing.

Product Appearance

  • Our cookies are handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, color, decoration, filling, and appearance are normal.
  • Photos on our website and social media are intended to represent our products, but your order may not look exactly identical to the photograph.

Freshness & Storage

  • Our cookies are baked for freshness and quality.
  • For the best experience, follow any storage or reheating instructions provided with your order. Mama Binti Crumbs is not responsible for changes in product quality resulting from improper storage after pickup or delivery.

Weather & Unexpected Circumstances

  • In cases of severe weather, emergencies, power outages, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control, pickup or delivery times may need to be adjusted.
  • If Mama Binti Crumbs must cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, the affected customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling, store credit, or a refund.

Cottage Food Notice

  • Mama Binti Crumbs operates in accordance with applicable Connecticut cottage food requirements. Required cottage food disclosures and allergen information will be provided on product packaging as applicable.

Acceptance of Policies

  • By placing an order with Mama Binti Crumbs, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our ordering, pickup, delivery, cancellation, refund, allergy, and store policies.
